On the morning of September 25, 2018, accompanied by relevant staff of the Protocol Division of the Foreign Affairs Office, People's Government of Guangdong Province, a 7-member delegation led by Yosio P. George, Vice President of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) visited the Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences (GDAAS). Led by Lu Huazhong, President of GDAAS, leaders and experts of relevant departments of GDAAS received the delegation. With rich agricultural resources and the strong need for agricultural technology cooperation, FSM hopes to strengthen agricultural technology exchanges and cooperation with GDAAS, said George. He invited GDAAS to send an expert team to FSM for a survey, thereby promoting the substantial agricultural cooperation between FSM and China.
